Vanilla Glaze

YIELD: 1 Cup

Particularly nice for glazing one-half of a Black and White Cookie, this glaze also works well for cakes, Blondies, and pretty much any treat you can think of.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 tablespoon + 1 to 2 teaspoons non dairy milk
  • 1½ teaspoons light corn syrup
  • ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract Dash salt

Method:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients together until very smooth, ensuring no lumps remain. Use immediately after making and let set for at least 1 hour before handling.
