  • 2 tbsp flaxseed meal To make flax egg
  • 4 tbsp water To make flax egg
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 3/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar Or brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk I used organic soy milk
  • 1/8 cup maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 extra large banana 1 cup chopped
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips I used dairy free vegan chocolate chips.
