Vegan Dark Chocolate Ganache


This delicious cake topper couldn’t be easier to make, and it only contains two ingredients. Use the best-quality chocolate you can get your hands on for exceptional flavor. Ganache makes a lovely filling in between cakes and cookies, too, especially the Vanilla Wafers.


  • ¾ cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1½ cups non dairy chocolate chips


  1. Heat the coconut milk in a small saucepan over medium heat just until it begins to bubble. Remove from heat. Place chocolate chips in small bowl and then stir in hot coconut milk to melt the chips. Let cool until slightly thickened.
