Vegan Green Tea Frappuccino Recipe (Kathy Patalsky)

Kathy Patalsky’s vegan green tea frappuccino recipe is frothy, creamy and smooth. This recipe is ideal for the summer, especially served ice cold. Containing bananas, vanilla extract, coconut sugar and organic green tea.

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 - 1 frozen banana optional -- add more ice if omitting
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tsp coconut sugar for sweetness you could also just use the banana for sweetness, or try a Medjool date
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tsp organic matcha green tea I use Encha, my favorite brand
  • Coconut Whip on top
