Vegan Lemon Dill Aïoli

ACTIVE TIME: 2 minutes

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup vegan mayonnaise (soy-free if necessary)
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1½ teaspoons dried dill
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a cup and stir together. Chill until ready to use.
